This letter is a testimonial to the sales team at mybid.com.au after accidentally finding the website looking for outdoor furniture I checked it out. I was a little hesitant at first Id never bought from this company before or at auction, but after seeking out all the fantastic furniture they had I just couldnt refuse.
I found two pieces of outdoor furniture that I had to have so I put in a bid 2 hrs late Thursday afternoon on both, I won the first auction but lost the second. I got a phone call first thing Friday morning and the gentleman was so helpful he offered me the other one at the price I bid for as another lounge became available.
I was ecstatic to say the least but it only got better the salesman told me that I could pay via credit card over the phone and both sets of furniture would be delivered in about an hour or so. I said no way thats impossible no company can do that, he stated we can I said but its four days before Christmas he laughed and said stay by the phone.
I have to say this is was the easiest purchase for furniture Ive ever had in my life, dealing with this company was so simple and carefree, organizing the delivery was a little concerning for me but they took care of everything all I had to do was pick what I wanted, bid for it, win it and thats it.
I had a lot of fun along the way and given it was nearly Christmas never thought in a million years I would have it sitting on my new deck ready for my family to enjoy. All done within 17 hrs who can beat that?
I will be shopping on this line again and telling all my family and friends to do the same, thanks mybid well done, look forward to many more happy purchases.
